Makeable Consulting Study: 8 in 10 Canadian Managers Use AI for Customer Insights | CX Dive

In June 2026, Makeable Consulting surveyed 130 Canadian managers and senior professionals. The results show that 85% of respondents have used AI for customer insights, but only 44% say they trust AI as much as direct research. The report notes that AI applications focus on personalized experiences, feedback analysis, and behavioral pattern recognition, while qualitative aspects (such as motivations and reasons) still rely on traditional research methods.

Sogolytics CX Index: Entertainment Overtakes Financial Services in CX Rankings as Loyalty Polarizes in Q2 | CX Dive

On July 15, 2026, Sogolytics released the "Sogolytics Experience Index: Customer Edition Q2 2026 Report." Based on a survey of 1,001 U.S. customers, the report found that Entertainment and Media surpassed Financial Services for the first time to top the industry CX rankings; the proportion of customers describing themselves as "somewhat loyal" dropped sharply from 43% in Q1 to 32%, showing significant polarization in loyalty; in healthcare consultations, the preference for human interaction fell below 50% for the first time to 49%; privacy (37%) replaced accuracy (34%) as the primary customer concern regarding AI. Additionally, 42% of customers who provided feedback said their opinions led to clear improvements, setting a new high in the study.

Informa TechTarget Launches the ‘B2B AI Authority Index’ to Assess Brand Health in the AI-Mediated B2B Buyer’s Journey | CX Dive

Informa TechTarget announced the launch of the B2B AI Authority Index, a diagnostic tool designed to help B2B marketers assess and strengthen brand influence in AI-mediated purchasing journeys. Currently, 94% of B2B buyers use AI tools in their research. The index identifies brand strengths and weaknesses through 24 questions and classifies brands into four archetypes. The tool is based on the proprietary S.I.G.N.A.L. framework, covering six capabilities: Strategy, Insight, Governance, Authority, Narrative, and Longevity.
